After three years away from his home town, Lloyd Bannings returns in the hope of following in his brother’s path and join the Crossbell Police Department. When he finally arrives to find he’s transferred to the Special Support Section, a newly created division which takes care of odd jobs and minor requests. They meet his new colleagues including Elie MacDowell, the granddaughter of the mayor’s daughter; Randy Orlando, a womanizing ex-soldier; and Tio Plato who’s a young technology guru.
Lloyd and his fellow colleagues carry on the fight to make a better city, even if their organization is often ridiculed by media. As they do, however they gradually come in contact with the criminal corruption that has taken over their town. They aren’t aware of how wide the Shadows of Crossbell City reach…
