Mutate.io (mutatio If you like) is a multi-player game similar to agar.io. Players control blob creatures that are able to feed, grow or mutate, and then use to attack other players.
This game was developed to participate in this jam, the Pygame Community New Years jam (theme mutation) I wanted to make use of the jam to learn about networking and test game design habits that I’m not used to (e.g. less global state).
The sole server available is my own: 34.76.77.52, and I intend to remain online for at the very least one month after the announcement. Maximum number of simultaneous users allowed is 10.

Versions:version 1.0.1 was released prior to the conclusion of the jamversion 1.0.2 included some minor bugs improvements to the server.py file related to abrupt disconnections of clients. “Slim” version are compile versions in which I made an effort to get rid of any DLLs, folders, or other files that I believe that you do not require to run the program. Download at your own risk.
